MANAGING MICHIGAN’S FORESTS SINCE 1950
W E L C O M E
Our History
In 1950, Ben Weber along with his two brothers, John and Ed, bought a portable sawmill and sawed lumber in the winter while farming during the summer. After a few years, he figured sawdust smelled better than cow poop, so they went to sawing lumber full time. Since then, this family operation has been managing northern hardwoods with standards of integrity, expertise and quality craftsmanship.
